Coaching provided by Alphabet Soup LLC is task focused. Your coach will work to help you figure out your boundaries, expectations, and goals, and work with you to set them for yourself and guide you to communicate your expectations, hold your boundaries, and achieve your goals. All of our coaches provide guidance, support, education, and homework. Ultimately, your progress is deeply impacted by the work you do outside of coaching sessions.
We provide a variety of coaching programs, all are LGBTQIA+ affirming, as well as affirming different types of relationship styles. All of our coaching programs are personalized to help meet the needs of each client, while supporting them as they reach their goals.
We provide webinars, as well as one-on-one classes to cover various topics of sexuality & relationship education for all ages. Our adult re-education offers skill building alongside the unlearning and relearning. Youth sex education classes provide age appropriate and LGBTQIA+ affirming topics on puberty, anatomy & function, hygiene, sexuality, gender, sexual behaviors, healthy relationships, dating, communication, consent, autonomy, risk assessments, STI treatment & prevention, barriers, contraception, pregnancy options, and more. We're building a full program for age-appropriate sex education that can be done at home or used in schools!
