We provide webinars, as well as one-on-one classes to cover various topics of sexuality & relationship education for all ages. Our adult re-education offers skill building alongside the unlearning and relearning. Youth sex education classes provide age appropriate and LGBTQIA+ affirming topics on puberty, anatomy & function, hygiene, sexuality, gender, sexual behaviors, healthy relationships, dating, communication, consent, autonomy, risk assessments, STI treatment & prevention, barriers, contraception, pregnancy options, and more. We're building a full program for age-appropriate sex education that can be done at home or used in schools!

All information provided is LGBTQIA+ affirming, age appropriate (according to the National Sex Education Standards), consent focused, sex positive, pleasure based, and comprehensive.

From our founder: I am often asked why everything about Alphabet Soup is so queer and trans centered, the simple answer is this - because everything we teach can be applied to heterosexual relationships too. We work from an inclusive lens; that means everyone can learn from the sex and relationship education provided here.

A slightly longer answer is this - I wanted my own children to grow up with a better understanding of the LGBTQIA+ community, sexual health, and relationships that I did. As I was studying more and getting my certifications, I researched more about what sex education is being provided in the public school system. I was devastated to know that not much had changed since I graduated high school, many years before. Queer kids are still excluded from the information provided, if sex education is provided. 

I am currently sitting in a state of disgust at how far backwards things are going at a rapid rate.  All sex education should be taught based on activity and risk, not the sexuality or identity of anyone. Queer youth deserve access to a comprehensive sex education too. Queer youth deserve to grow into queer elders. Queer folks deserve to exist in authentic and affirming ways.
